Deposits via FPX may take up to 10–15 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit hasn't been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of payment (a screenshot of the transaction).

If your deposit transaction fails, first check whether the funds have been deducted from your bank account or e-wallet. If funds were deducted but haven't been credited to your Semangat 33 account within 30 minutes, contact our support team with the following: your username, the RM amount, payment method, transaction date and time, and the transaction ID or reference number from your bank or e-wallet. Failed transactions are usually refunded automatically within 1–3 business days.
Withdrawal

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for all payment methods. No general daily maximum withdrawal limit is set; however, withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing as a standard security measure.

Withdrawals may be rejected for several common reasons:

  2. Bank account or e-wallet details do not match the registered name
  3. Identity verification (KYC) has not been completed for large withdrawal amounts
